IMPORTANT NOTICE:

It is now possible to do refunds for Card Reader transactions directly in Greater Giving Online, which is now the recommended method. These refunds are completely automated, and will be completed faster and easier than those requested via this page. To use the new automated refund system:

  • Go to the Payment grid and click on the Reference# of the payment you wish to refund, there you should see a refund button.
  • Click the refund button and follow the steps laid out in Greater Giving Online.

By submitting this request, you are authorizing Greater Giving to refund your donor's credit card for the entered amount. You are also authorizing Greater Giving to debit your organization's bank prior to initiating the refund transactions.
